Intertech Completes ‘Lofts Oasis’
Gainesville’s newest iconic residential building now has residents.
Intertech Construction Corp. delivered the Certificate of Occupancy today, allowing residents to move into the newly constructed condominiums. A significant departure of the typical wood construction ‘clapboard crap’ Gainesville has become accustomed to – Lofts Oasis is a solid structure made of concrete and steel with 18’ glass storefronts. The design and the aesthetics mimic a commercial building but this only for those elite and privileged few to live in.
The center courtyard juxtaposes the concrete and metal materials with a 40 foot tall waterfall and lush foliage consisting of 15 foot tall bamboo.
