Beef O Brady’s - Miami Lakes Finished, Palm Beach Gardens starts.
Miami Lakes, FL. Good construction is like a good meal. A satisfied client comes back again and again. While it is speculation (started by us anyway) that Hurricane Wilma really wanted to be the first guest at the Miami Lakes location of Beef ‘O’ Brady’s, Intertech Construction Corp is proud to announce yet another successful project completion.
This most recent location is the first restaurant for entrepreneur Jose Morales. Mr. Morales’ perseverance of his dream did not falter through the design and construction process. As a final test of his patience just days before turnover - Hurricane Wilma arrives. Through the use of generators, Intertech’s solid relationships with vendors (some for almost 20 years) and a lot of Cuban coffee proved by Mr. Morales, Intertech made sure that work did not delay the successful turnover of the project. In the midst of power outages and fallen tress, work continued.
In the aftermath of Hurricane Wilma Joseph Stadlen, president of Intertech, stated “It’s was just a little wind. The important part is that the cash registers start to ring!”
During the same time of uncertainty for many families and businesses, Intertech was awarded the contract for the Beef ‘O’ Brady’s next location in Palm Beach Gardens. Stadlen responded, “for Intertech it’s important to understand the many intricacies of commercial construction, however we go beyond. We understand YOUR business.”Back to Press Releases
